Let's keep things simple

Shipping costs start from $5 for smaller items.
Standard and Express postage are based on your location and will be confirmed at checkout, once you enter your address. 
Flat rate postage has increased and we have had to pass on these costs.
Free shipping is available on orders over $120

We ship Australia-wide. If you are from anywhere else in the world, get in touch, we'd love to know where you are and that interest is building in your area. This is what helps us make decisions of where to send to next.

Note: Due to the impact of COVID-19 and back log of shipping on airfreight capacity, AusPost & StarTrack, and other courier services, delivery network time frames may increase from 1 to 7 days.
How Is My Order Shipped?

We use a number of different couriers, including Australia Post, Star Track and Fastway. This depends on your location and which items you have ordered.

When Will You Ship My Order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, generally within 1 - 2 business days of order placement but can be a little longer during busy times such as online sales. It will take approximately 2 - 5 business days to receive your order.

However, orders to the west coast and rural destinations may take up to 10 days. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be present to sign for your order, such as a work address. If this is not possible please leave instructions during checkout giving authority to leave without a signature. This will be at your own risk.

What If My Order Is Delayed Or Damaged During Shipping?

Unfortunately accidents do happen. If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you. Your tracking number also includes information on how to contact the shipping carrier.

All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your item is damaged during shipping, please photograph the inside and outside of the box and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us within 3 days of the arrival of your package for instructions.
