Pre-order T&C’s
We often place items that are being manufactured, on pre-order, which means you pay for the item in full and we'll order that garment especially for you. Pre-orders are just like a normal order, however we don't ship the order until it arrives to us within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Where can I find the estimated delivery date for my style?
You can find the estimated date of arrival (to our warehouse) at the top of the product's description, in bolded font.
Our estimated delivery date for pre-order items are our best estimates only and can change based on a variety of factors outside of our control. If the style is more than two weeks outside of this estimated date, we will contact you directly.
As soon as the delivery arrives to our warehouse, we ship the garment to you. You will be provided with a despatch notification, as well as tracking number, so you can trace your delivery.
We do not accept responsibility for delays on the Supplier's behalf and do not accept cancellations because of this.
What happens if I have ordered an 'in-stock' item, with my pre-order, in the same order?
Please note that if you placed an order which includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be shipped out together, once the pre-order item has arrived to us at our warehouse. We do not split orders once they have been placed. If you want your 'in stock' and available item to be shipped straight away, it does need to be ordered separately.
Cancellations
Once a pre-order has been placed, your order cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy applies. If you have purchased an item and on the very rare occasion it is out of stock, or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund.
